Merry Christmas from the Jababs
Merry Christmas friends & family,
The words of a gospel song in Ghana, “My eyes have seen, my ears have heard, my mouth will talk about the goodness of God!” Truly- we celebrate God’s faithfulness in the year of 2025. He has done so much for us and my heart is filled with gratitude for all the memories made this year, whether through the challenges or joys.
As I reflect on this year, I’m grateful for the relationships in our lives. Thank you for the many ways you show your love and care for us through your friendship, words of encouragement, prayer and support in our ministry in Ghana. We’ve made new friends and connected with old friends both in Canada and Ghana. I appreciate more each year how precious these moments are. Thank you for continuing to journey with us in Ghana.
Through the support of our friends and church partners in Canada, we were able to raise funds for two pastors to purchase new motorcycles (Pastor Ezekiel’s pictured above)! The church planters rely on their motorcycles to travel to their surrounding villages.
We are looking to personally (non CIM-fund) raise another $900 CAD remaining to purchase a new motorcycle for a new church planter named Pastor Ebenezer Abore. His family moved to Yeji in July of this year. For the time being, he has been borrowing the motorcycles belonging to some of the church elders. We would love to get him his own motorbike! Click on this link to meet Pastor Ebenezer!
From our family to yours, wishing you a season of God’s comfort, peace & joy.
Much love,
Janice, Enoch & Lucy Jabab
