Rev Wayland Wong of Orange County Chinese Presbyterian Church in LA visited Ghana with 2 of his members.
Rev Wong preached in churches and conducted a seminar on Missions to local college students.
His members helped to teach in the computer centre in Tamale.

Ten young members of Richmond Chinese Evangelical Free Church went to Tamale to help teach computer courses, conduct a computer camp
and run vacation bible school.


David and Marian Ma of Toronto Jaffray Chinese Alliance Church
went to Tamale for one month. Besides teaching computer skills, David
was involved in various ministries among the computer students. His
background as an Electrical Engineer allowed him to oversee the electrical
installation and maintenance of the new school. Marian was involved with
womenˇ¦s ministry among the students.

The first Graduation Ceremony was held with 10 students graduating from the computer centre in Tamale.

Vivien Lee from Westwood Alliance Church of Vancouver went to teach
in the computer center.

Martin Chan from Coquitlam Chinese Evangelical Free Church of
Vancouver departed for Tamale to teach in the computer center.
